I Finally Did It!

So I finally created a blog. No promises on how often I'll update it...but here's what's going on in our lives:

* Tim's working at Anderson's Seed and Garden, pretty much loving it. He is now an official farmer with 20 some odd chickens, 4 turkeys, and a goat. (Probably soon to be 2 goats) He just got the final seed planted in the garden Tuesday night...so let's hope they all grow!

*Laura is busy as ever with three crazy kids, one crazy husband, and of course her crazy self. Between nursing a baby, weeding the garden, and spanking the kids she barely finds time for showers, scriptures, and running. But somehow we're pulling through. She's going to attempt to run the Top of Utah half-marathon in August. Wish her luck.

*Cyrus just found out who his kindergarten teacher will be in the fall. He likes reading books, playing with legos, and makes sure he wears long pants and long sleeves when he goes outside because he doesn't want to get eaten alive by the five-foot man-eating mosquitoes around our house.

*Sonora is mid-potty-training. We've only been working on it for 4 months. Wants to wear undies, but can't seem to tell anyone when she needs to go potty. She's so sweet, though, and has two favorite songs: Gimme Gimme Gimme a man after midnight, and Money Money Money (both by Abba). She also loves the song Love Stinks. Her favorite things to do are naughty things since she IS two...but I had to laugh when the whole house smelled like strawberries yesterday because she had squirted strawberry shampoo in the little potty, in the garbage can, in the tub, on the bathroom floor, and was lathering up her legs and arms with it.

*Macey is almost sitting up!! She's so cute, loves to be held all day no matter how tired people's arms get, and gets tons of love and attention from her siblings. Her favorite things to do are spit up and chew on hair.....attached to people's heads....while yanking really hard on it.
